Delhi → Agra → JaipurThe India you’ve dreamed of, beautifully connected.

Two perspectives on India, joined into one journey.
An eight-day private journey with two nights in Delhi, one in Agra, two in Jaipur and two in Mumbai. Explore the Golden Triangle’s landmarks before flying to Mumbai for the Gateway of India, Colaba, heritage streets and Marine Drive. The flight itinerary and local visits are selected around your dates; the tour ends in Mumbai.
This is a proposed itinerary, not a guaranteed departure or availability statement. The final route, travel connections and services will be confirmed in your written proposal.
Taj Mahal sunrise, Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri
Amber Fort and Jaipur’s royal landmarks
Gateway of India, Colaba and Marine Drive
Meet your driver at Delhi airport and transfer to your hotel. Keep the day flexible after your journey, with time to rest. For an early arrival, a short New Delhi orientation may include an India Gate drive-past and the surrounding government district, subject to local traffic and security arrangements. A full sightseeing day begins tomorrow; no major monument visits are assumed after a late flight.
Suggested overnight: DelhiBegin in Old Delhi with Jama Masjid and the Chandni Chowk area, allowing time for a guided walk or an optional cycle-rickshaw ride. Continue to Raj Ghat if it suits the route, then take a lunch break. In the afternoon, visit Humayun’s Tomb and finish with an India Gate drive-past if not covered on arrival. Qutub Minar can replace an afternoon visit according to your interests, rather than adding another cross-city journey. Access, prayer times and opening schedules will shape the final order.
Suggested overnight: DelhiTravel by private vehicle to Agra, allowing approximately 4–5 hours including normal breaks, with traffic delays possible. Check in or leave your luggage at the hotel, then explore Agra Fort with your guide. If time and energy allow, choose an optional Mehtab Bagh visit for views towards the Taj Mahal across the Yamuna. Keep the evening relaxed before tomorrow’s early start. Hotel check-in time and monument tickets are confirmed in your quotation.
Suggested overnight: AgraVisit the Taj Mahal around sunrise, subject to opening conditions, weather and your agreed schedule. Return for breakfast and check out, then continue to Jaipur with a visit to Fatehpur Sikri en route if included in your proposal. Allow approximately 5–6 hours of road travel plus 1–2 hours for the sightseeing stop and meal breaks; this is a full travel day. Reach Jaipur and settle into your hotel. The Taj Mahal is closed to general visitors on Fridays, so your advisor will adjust the Agra visit or route before confirmation.
Suggested overnight: JaipurStart with Amber Fort, allowing time to appreciate its courtyards and architectural details. Stop for an exterior view of Jal Mahal on the return towards the city, then take a lunch break. Visit the City Palace and Jantar Mantar, with a Hawa Mahal façade photo stop planned along the route. The order is adjusted around traffic, opening hours and your pace. If you prefer longer visits or market time, replace one afternoon attraction rather than trying to add everything. Craft demonstrations and shopping stops are optional.
Suggested overnight: JaipurTransfer to Jaipur airport for your confirmed flight itinerary to Mumbai. Use a direct service only if it operates and is available on your dates; otherwise allow the day for an agreed connection. Meet your Mumbai driver and transfer to your hotel, with a substantial allowance for city traffic. A short Marine Drive stroll may be possible after an early arrival, but no major sightseeing is promised on the flight day.
Suggested overnight: MumbaiBegin around the Gateway of India and Colaba, then explore selected Fort and Kala Ghoda streets with your guide. Include an exterior view of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus and choose either Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya, when open, or a shorter neighbourhood walk. After a break, enjoy Marine Drive. Dhobi Ghat can be considered as a viewpoint stop if the traffic and route suit. Elephanta Caves is a separate, ferry-dependent half-day alternative and replaces part of this city programme.
Suggested overnight: MumbaiTransfer to Mumbai airport for your confirmed onward flight. Allow time for the correct terminal, city traffic and reporting procedures. No cross-city excursion is scheduled before departure. This eight-day itinerary ends in Mumbai; a return flight to Delhi is optional and included only when quoted. Add a Mumbai night if you want both Elephanta Caves and an unhurried city tour.
